4 apples
1/4 cup red wine
1tsp cinnamon
1 cup almonds

Chop apples and almonds in batches using a food processor. Add cinnamon and wine to taste. Stir. Chill. Spread on a matzo cracker and snack on it during the seder.

I used organic apples this time and didn't bother peeling them. It still came out great.

Thoughts on leftovers: Cook the charoset and serve over pancakes. Yum!
