Charoset

Charoset

Ingredients

4 apples
1/4 cup red wine
1tsp cinnamon
1 cup almonds

Instructions

Chop apples and almonds in batches using a food processor. Add cinnamon and wine to taste. Stir. Chill. Spread on a gluten-free matzo cracker and snack on it during the seder.

Note

This is also great cooked and served over pancakes!
